My 84 is going to be my Challenge Project Car, hehe. I wont win, but id like to have fun trying. just a goal i can set, and try to get there. The event is 3 days, and is composed of a autocross(this is gonna kill me), a dragstrip race(i might do ok in this, and probably be the only car running 12s that has plush interior, and working air), and a car show. I will place OK in the strip, and OK at the car show, in my opinion, but i gotta put new carpet in the car, and clean up the engine compartment some more. Its fun having a goal like this, and working toward it. weight savings is a major thing right now, thats what im shooting for. i want to remove about 250 to 300 pounds of dead weight from the car, without going to fiberglass. sound feasable? i think so with some work
